SpanishWithRuchita was founded on a simple belief: learning becomes easier and more meaningful when students can see the connections between languages, rather than memorising in isolation. Founded by Ruchita a multilingual speaker fluent in 8 languages across Indian and foreign tongues the brand was built on a distinctive teaching philosophy: connecting Spanish to Sanskrit, so learners from any background can experience the language through pattern, familiarity, and genuine curiosity.
What started as a passion for language and culture has grown into a structured, MSME-registered Spanish language education brand complying with CEFR standards offering courses from A1 to C2, interactive masterclasses, and daily content for a mixed, global audience of learners.
Ruchita has also been part of various events as a "Speaker" to talk about the Importance of the 2nd most Spoken Foreign Language in the world.

Program Coordinator Part-Time / Internship
Role Summary: Manages the day-to-day operations of live cohort classes and student administration, ensuring smooth scheduling, communication, and coordination between tutors and students so classes run without friction.
Reports to: Founder
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling & Logistics: coordinate class timings between tutors and students, manage the calendar/booking for live cohorts, and handle rescheduling and cancellations
- Enrollment Support: process new student sign-ups, share onboarding information, collect required details, and maintain student records
- Communication: act as the primary point of contact for student queries (email/WhatsApp) and relay tutor availability and updates to students and vice versa
- Payment Coordination: track fee payments, send reminders for pending payments, and coordinate with tutors on payout schedules
- Tutor Support: assist tutors with class materials distribution, attendance tracking, and logistical needs before and during cohorts
- Basic Reporting: maintain simple trackers for enrollment numbers, attendance, and upcoming cohort schedules, and share periodic updates with the Founder
Requirements
- Organization: strong organizational skills, comfortable managing multiple moving parts schedules, payments, communications
- Communication: good written communication in English; Spanish is a plus but not mandatory for this role
- Tools: comfortable with Google Sheets/Calendar, WhatsApp Business, and email
- Experience: prior experience in ed-tech, coaching institutes, or academic administration is a plus but not required
- Working Style: self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision, important for a part-time/remote setup
Sales Consultant Flexible / Part-Time
Role Summary: Converts inbound leads (from marketing, ads, and organic channels) into enrolled students by handling inquiries, explaining course offerings, and guiding prospective students through the decision and payment process.
Reports to: Founder
Time Commitment: Flexible / part-time to start, scalable with lead volume can grow into a more structured role as enrollment increases.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Follow-Up: respond promptly to inbound inquiries (WhatsApp, email, form fills) from marketing and ads; ensure no lead goes cold due to slow response
- Consultation Calls: conduct calls/chats with prospective students to understand their goals (travel, exams, career, general interest) and recommend the right course/level (A1–B2)
- Objection Handling: address common concerns pricing, time commitment, "am I too much of a beginner", schedule fit clearly and honestly
- Trial Class Conversion: follow up specifically with trial class attendees to convert them into paying, enrolled students
- Closing & Enrollment: guide the prospect through final enrollment steps course selection, batch/tutor assignment (coordinated with the Program Coordinator), and payment completion
- CRM / Tracking: maintain a simple lead tracker (new, contacted, trial scheduled, enrolled, lost) so nothing falls through the cracks
- Referral Prompts: ask satisfied, newly-enrolled students for referrals at the right moment, where natural
Requirements
- Communication: confident, consultative (not pushy) sales style with strong verbal and written communication
- Tools: comfortable with WhatsApp/email-based sales conversations and basic CRM/spreadsheet tracking
- Experience: prior experience in sales, admissions counseling, or ed-tech/coaching enrollment is a strong plus
- Working Style: self-motivated since this is commission-based, the role rewards initiative and follow-through
- Domain Knowledge: basic understanding of language-learning journeys is helpful but not mandatory; training provided on the CEFR aligned course

Do I need to know my Spanish level before enrolling?
No.
If you're unsure about your current level, we can help identify an appropriate starting point based on your existing Spanish knowledge and learning goals.
I am a complete beginner. Where should I start?
If you have little or no previous Spanish learning experience, A1.1 – Discover Spanish is the natural starting point.
I studied Spanish previously. Do I need to start from A1?
Not necessarily.
Your previous learning and current ability can be considered when determining the most suitable starting point.
What does A1.1, A1.2 or A2.1 mean?
These are SpanishWithRuchita's internal progressive course stages designed according to the student's requirements and within the relevant CEFR level.
For example: A2.1 + A2.2 → Complete A2 progression. The CEFR reference level remains A2.
Are your courses CEFR aligned?
Our learning pathway is structured with reference to the CEFR framework and its proficiency descriptors.
The six CEFR levels are: A1 → A2 → B1 → B2 → C1 → C2.
Our internal course stages provide a more progressive learning journey within selected levels.
Do you offer DELE or SIELE preparation?
Exam preparation can be incorporated according to the learner's level and objective.
